Well hello there, 

Music collaboration continues into 2026. My ‘torch and twang’ Steel Amigos project (with Edmonton's Bob Blair and Nasvhille's Chris Bauer) is on a roll! We sometimes go several years between playing together but this will be our third year in a row for our schedules and locations to align. We've got a matinee house concert February 14 in Victoria at Ruby's Barn (yes, the show is upstairs in a cosy space over an actual barn). And rumour has it we are invited back to play Vancouver's ‘Cryin’ Time' Steel Guitar Convention on the weekend of Feb 19-22. Stay tuned here for more details as they are announced. Songs, slide, and stories with Bob and Chris always make for a good time!

I am thrilled to be playing a wonderful music series called 'Ramble at the Big Yellow Hall' on February 27th in Merville, near Courtenay BC. The show is hosted by J. Plank and features a stellar band to back up featured artists. Can't wait! Click on the photo for tickets, you will not regret it. I went to the last ‘Ramble’ in the fall and it was an amazing evening. Not only is the venue very cool, but it's extra special for me: my husband's grandfather helped build it!

Finally for the gear enthusiasts, we have a new addition: a Peavey Classic 30 amp for my lap steel. It's sounding pretty sweet. It might get loud, I might need a roadie…
